The Ancient Study Of ANTAKARANA

The antahkarana is an ancient healing and meditation symbol that has been used in Tibet and China for thousands of years.

For Hinduists, this symbol represents the heart, and according to this religion, our soul is located in the heart, which is why it is important to work on this third level that works at the soul level.

At the end of the 20th century, the clairvoyant Michelle Griffith informs us that this symbol was given to the inhabitants of Earth during Lemurian times, more than 100,000 years ago, at the same time as Reiki.

Lemuria is born from a theory that there was a continent before Africa and Antarctica that was destroyed by earthquakes.

• The antahkarana symbol neutralizes negative energy that has accumulated in any object, simply by placing the object between two antahkarana symbols. This symbol has such positive effects, achieving remarkable results in reiki and in all kinds of meditations; as they produce a remarkable change in the energy flow of the aura and chakras.

• The antahkarana is a multidimensional symbol. It is made up of three sevens. The three sevens represent the seven chakras, the seven colors and the seven tones of the musical scale.

• In meditation, the symbol should be observed with a relaxed view and emptying the mind of any thought. The same symbol makes it easier for us to concentrate as it absorbs our attention and after contemplating it for a few minutes, we begin to immerse ourselves in it, seeming that it increases in size and that its shape engulfs us, so that we penetrate into it and we can perceive that it begins to rotate and we enter the three-dimensional cube that approaches us, facilitating the energetic circulation of the microcosmic orbit within our body. It was used by Tibetans and American shamans as a healing and protective symbol, to dissolve energy blockages and to undo negative energy knots.
